仕事内容:
- サービスの監視・保守を行い、24時間体制で顧客のネットワーク問題の迅速な復旧をサポートします。
- 日本国内のサービスを担当し、顧客および国内チームと定期的にコミュニケーションを取ります。
- ネットワークの問題をトラブルシューティングし、必要に応じて関係チームにエスカレーションします。
- 顧客向けの月次レポートを作成し、Typo3ドキュメントを含むドキュメントを更新します。
- アクセス手配、保守通知、および関連する関係者との協力を行います。
- 必要に応じてEMEA+CIS地域内の出張があります。
応募条件:
- ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語（読み書き、会話、リスニング）に堪能であること。
- カスタマーサービスやコールセンター業務の経験があると尚可。
- Ethernet、TCP/IP、MPLS、ADSL、SDSL、ファイバーケーブルなどのネットワークスキル。
- サーバー、ファイアウォール、Cisco機器の経験。
- Windowsアプリケーション（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Visio）に習熟していること。
- 良好なコミュニケーションスキルと問題解決能力があること。
