Qualifications:
1. Ability to speak Mandarin (business level), aside from English and Bahasa.
2. Have 3+ years of experience as Quality Control, preferably in handbag, bag, shoes, and garment manufacturing.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
4. Understanding of leather bag production processes from start to finish, including techniques and technologies used.
5. Skills in inspection methods and testing products, including the use of testing equipment and analytical techniques.
6. Proficiency in quality control methods and tools such as six sigma, lean manufacturing. Etc
7. Understand and proficient in QC 7 tools.
8. Proficient in QC from Incoming until final inspection and understands AQL Sampling methods.

Responsibilities: 

1. Development and Implementation of Quality Standards

• Establishing quality standards Create and maintain quality criteria for raw materials, production process, and finished products. 
• Developing QC procedures Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control. 

2. Quality Supervision and Inspection 
• Conducting Routine Inspections Oversee and inspect the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products. 
• Managing the QC Team Lead and coordinate the QC team to ensure inspections are carried out effectively and consistently. 
• Analyzing Inspection Results: Evaluate inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
 
3. Handling and Resolving Quality Issues 
• Identifying and Analysing Quality Issues Detect and address quality problems and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
• Collaborating with Other Departments Work with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
 
4. Supplier Collaboration 
• Evaluating Suppliers Assess and inspect the quality of raw materials supplied by vendors. 
• Improving Raw Material Quality Work with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet company quality standards.
