Job Title: Japanese Speaking Sales Representative

Location: Patumwan, Bangkok 

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday- Friday 9.00-18.00

Job Description: 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within various industries.

• Present and promote HR consulting services to potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals in Japanese.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese (speaking and writing) at a business level, JLPTN2 level or above. 

• Proven sales experience in various industries.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the HR consulting industry.

• Knowledge of HR practices and solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
