Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and developing innovative digital solution in logistic operation such as AGV or Automation-machine.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Operation and IT to initiate Kaizen improvement. Including negotiated with Supplier for cost saving.
- Monitor and maintain automation systems, troubleshooting issues and regular warehouse maintenance (check list, Spare part, Monthly report). And do Corrective and Preventive Maintenance for all Warehouse equipment.
- Monitor and maintain supporting infrastructure related to IT: Security, Network and Server.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems and processes in compliance with all applicable standards
- Able to travel and install Warehouse related equipment at Customer Site (Local)
- Support warehouse activities; 5S and safety.
Qualifications:
- Experience 8 years in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation or IOT or IT.
- Proven experience in warehouse automation and systems integration.
- Proficiency with automation technologies and control systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, processes optimization, AI and machine learning.
- Required experience with programming languages relevant to automation (e.g., Python, PLC programming).
- Preferred experience with CAD software programs (e.g., AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks)
- Ability to work collaboratively with WH operations, Facility, IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
