Job Description
Salary: 100,000 THB – 120,000 THB / mth
Working day: Monday - Friday
- Injury Prevention:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety management system focused on preventing work-related injuries and accidents.
- Utilize data analytics to identify safety trends and prioritize risk mitigation efforts.
- Implement proactive safety measures, such as hazard identification, risk assessment, and job safety analysis.
- Safety Culture:
- Foster a strong safety culture that emphasizes employee engagement, participation, and accountability.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to identify and address safety issues.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure 100% compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, including OHSAS-18001 & ISO-14001 standards under IMS system, local labor laws.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify potential hazards.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver tailored safety training programs to meet the specific needs of contract workers and non-management employees.
- Assess employee competency and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely.
- Emergency Management:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential hazards and incidents.
- Conduct regular emergency drills and training exercises to ensure that employees are prepared to respond effectively.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Ensure the proper selection, use, and maintenance of PPE to eliminate or minimize employee exposure to hazards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of PPE to verify its effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Safety Management or equivalent qualification certified by the Thailand Authority.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in safety management.
- Over 10 years of experience in safety and environmental management, preferably in film or continuous process plants.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop safety teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Business English Levels: able to negotiate, give presentations, and participate in high-level discussions.
