Position:                                 Process Engineer
Salary:                                    30,000 – 40,000 THB / Month

Location:                               Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Day:                         Monday to Friday (and two Saturdays per month)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing ones.
• Design and optimize process layouts, workflows, and equipment setups.
• Conduct process feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall manufacturing process.
• Select and procure appropriate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Develop and implement equipment maintenance and calibration procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot process-related problems.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address issues.
• Conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of problems.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and quality control plans.
• Prepare reports on process performance, cost analysis, and project updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
