Our client is a multinational company in manufacturing industry. As part of the business expansion, the team is looking for a Manager, Accounting & Budgeting to join their office. This person plays crucial role in supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely submission of detailed financial reports

• Manage monthly expenses and marginal profit report

• Provide timely update on business performance against business targets

• Establish mid and long-term business strategy based on financial data

• Prepare kick off presentation slide 

• Lead and monitor the finance team 

• Utilize data analytic and perform thorough market analysis, customer behavior to identify opportunities and cost

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional accounting qualification.

• At least 8-10 years working experience in management accounting / budgeting role.

• Experience in Manufacturing industry highly preferred 

• Proficient in the use of accounting system, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
