M&A Advisory Associate/Consultant 

【Roles and Responsibilities】

主にシンガポールを中心とした東南アジアの案件を広く扱っていただきますが、シンガポール、インドネシア、マレーシアのバイサイド案件が多くなる可能性がございます。

日系クライアントが多く、かつ日本HQと連携し進めるプロジェクトも多いため、日系企業経験者や日本語が可能な方を募集！

You will assist M&A processes from start-to-end which includes the below 

•Deal sourcing of mid market companies as well as later-stage startups

•Preparing proposals articulating the deals and the value proposition to the client

•Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams of financial, tax and legal experts to progress the transaction

•Able to read financial statements and conduct financial and business analysis

•Able to conduct research for market comparison analysis 

•Create presentation materials for clients

【Requirements】

•M&A、経営コンサル、経営企画、事業開発や財務などのいずれかの領域のご経験者、歓迎（事業会社でも構いません）

•バリュエーションや財務モデリングの知見をお持ちの方、歓迎

【Others】

■Salary：Accocicate:4,000～5,000SGD　　Consultant：6,000～8,000SGD

■Bonus：AWS+VB

■Workhour：9:00am - 6:00pm 　※WHF 2 times per week 

■Medical Coverage：Yes
