Job Responsibilities
- Promote and manage real estate development projects with a local developers.
- Review legal documents and prepare business budgets.
- Communicate with agents or third parties to identify and access investment opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with JV partners.
- Conduct background research and initial due diligence on potential partners and projects.
- Perform general research and analysis related to macroeconomics and regulations.
Job Requirements
- University graduation with major at Business administration, Economics or related professions.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar position with real estate developers.
- Knowledgeable in real estate development, accounting, or finance.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
