Job Description
- Communication between customer and offshore
- Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal
- Perform basic design, detailed design, test design creation/review in Japanese if needed
- Perform deliverables review for offshore team if needed
- Assist project manager with project scope, estimation, planning; monitoring and controlling
- Support UAT testing and verifying bugs/issues
- Japanese level equivalent to N2 or above
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Has experience in requirements gathering and analysis, as well as basic and detailed design
- Has experience with one of the following technology stacks/platforms:
- Web application (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end language),
- Mobile application (Android, iOS),
- Embedded (C/C++),
- Salesforce, SAP, RPA, C++, AWS, Aras, Oracle.
- Understanding about Japanese culture and Japanese working style
- Experience managing big projects
- Leadership potentiality, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit
- Prefer candidate with work experience or study in Japan
