Job Description
JAC's client is a foreign company in Quick Service Restaurant segment setting up new business in Vietnam.
- Set up business plan for accelerating the brand’s/company’s growth.
- Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with the government, landlords, suppliers, and all related parties.
- Set operating goals and objectives. Including propose a potential site acquisition.
- Hire key positions in the country for some field of expertise
- Prepare and implement standard operating procedures.
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen and restaurant.
- Having a minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverages industry
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have working experience in fast-food such as KFC, McDonald’s, Jollibee, Lotteria, Pizza Hut...
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and inform strategic decisions
