JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and oversee the company’s compliance programs.

• Ensure adherence to relevant agreements, certificates, and permits (e.g., Investment Agreement, IRC, ERC).

• Lead the contracting process, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents.

• Research legal issues related to company operations and business development (e.g., greenfield projects, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions).

• Provide legal guidance to anticipate and prevent potential legal issues.

• Ensure business plans, policies, and procedures comply with legal standards through regular reviews.

• Manage the IRC application process for new phases and ERC amendments, and obtain any necessary certificates or permits.

• Participate in legal actions, interact with regulatory agencies, and manage external counsel when needed.

• Build relationships with governmental bodies to stay updated on legal developments and advocate for the company’s interests.

• Oversee the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights and patents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years’ experience in legal practice at recognized law firms or as Corporate Lawyer

• Solid understanding of the laws of Vietnam relating to corporate, investment, commercial, labor, construction, real estate, environment, M&A, and dispute settlement.

• Advanced in English, both written and spoken
