Location: Malur, Karnataka

• Quality Inspection & Approval: Conduct and approve line quality inspections.
• Patrol Inspection & Issue Management: Perform patrol inspections and manage quality issues.
• Handling NG Parts: Manage and dispose of non-conforming parts.
• QMS Knowledge: Basic understanding of QMS ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 systems.
• Measuring Instruments: Proficient in using Rockwell hardness tester, density meter, microscope, Vernier, micrometer, dial indicators, and height gauge.
• Quality Defect Analysis: Conduct internal quality defect analysis and prepare 8D reports.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain internal and customer inspection reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Basic knowledge of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and FIFO systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Hands-on experience with measurement systems, including GD&T measurement.
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A good team player with a result-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and techniques.
