JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation- Senior Executive (Sales & marketing)
Male- age over 25-35 years old.
Education- Bachelor degree in any field.
Reporting to- Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing
Check and follow up PO balance status every week
Good responsibility & strong in-service mind.
Good command in English.
Can operate MS office. (Word, Excel, Power point)
Have knowledge of EMS sales and purchasing materials.
Have knowledge of MRP system.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales & profit budget.
• Control delivery for customers / work with factory and PMC team
• Check and follow up PO balance status every week
• Visit customers every week to make relationship with management members.
• Visit warehouse every week to check safety stock level and space etc
• Make accurate sales quotation with proper way to secure profit
• Handle quality issue / Manage with facotry/supplier on time (if any)
• Handle engineering & technical issue / Manage with facotry/supplier on time (if any)
• Identify and resolve customer issues with team members in order to improve customer satisfaction
• Join internal general meeting every Monday (Web meeting)
• Follow 5S in office as well as anywhere.
• Follow standard of work and company policy
• Developing new customer (prefer Japanese customers)
