PR/108743 | Quantity Surveyor- PAN India

1. Handle all types of quantity calculations.

2. Study drawings and perform proper measurement of quantities.

3. Check all drawings at the site using AutoCAD for cross-verification of quantities.

4. Verify all reinforcement works as per IS Code.

5. Ensure quality of construction works as per IS Code and Check Cards.

6. Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

7. Check measurements and prepare estimations.

8. Manage subcontractors and ensure completion of work.

9. Escalate site issues immediately to reporting seniors.

10. Coordinate between different agencies, including clients.

11. Process timely BVS for payments to suppliers.

12. Oversee materials procurement and coordinate for timely delivery.

13. Engage in project planning, team coordination, and overall budgeting/costing.

1. Higher education is an added advantage.

2. Experience handling 2-3 projects is preferred.

3. Strong communication skills.

4. Knowledge of IS Codes.

5. Proficiency in project estimation and reconciliation.

6. Experience in budgeting and budget handling.
