日系金融関連企業にてオフィス管理、顧客対応、資料作成、日本本社との調整業務などバックオフィス業務全般を担当いただきます。
■問い合わせ対応、来客対応、オフィス備品管理、請求書処理
■資料作成(英⇔日)、データ管理・更新、各種手配業務
■日本本社や関係企業との連絡、調整業務 など
【勤務時間】
平日 09:00~18:00 (フレックス勤務可能)
【選考フロー】
1~2回
【必須条件】
■事務、秘書、営業サポートなどの経験が5年~10年程度ある方
■状況に合わせて柔軟な対応ができること
■業務に支障のないレベルの英語力とPC スキル
■経理・税務の知識がある方、金融業界経験者、就労ビザ不要の方は尚可
