JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for supervising and directing all operational activities associated with the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems.

• Collaborate with project engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure all projects are completed on time and within the budget.

• Formulating and executing operational strategies, establishing budgets, enhancing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

• Accountable for the overall project management and to oversee the project financial modeling, proposal preparations and presentations for PPA and EPC agreements

• Accountable for overseeing inventory, equipment, and supplies, while fostering robust relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Achieving installation objectives and complying with regulatory standards.

• To play a pivotal role in the selection of contractors, suppliers, and vendors, while also performing comprehensive evaluations of installation tasks, project scopes, and vendor design proposals to guarantee seamless project execution.

• Advise clients on both technical and commercial issues according to their requirements.

• Collaborates with the engineering and logistics teams to facilitate seamless operations and resolve any emerging issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in renewable energy project development, with a strong emphasis on solar energy.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.

• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas

• Good communications skills (Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous)
