Our client, well established manufacturing companies is looking for suitable candidates 

Principal duties 

• Plan and Schedule Maintenance: Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

• Inspect Equipment: Regularly inspect plant machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and train the maintenance team to ensure effective performance.

• Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Record Keeping: Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.

• Coordination:  Work closely with other departments for shutdowns and startups.

Secondary duties

• Procurement:  Procure necessary equipment, tools, and supplies for maintenance work.

• Productivity Improvement: Implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency of the plant.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with quality assurance.
