≪ポジション≫ 工場長候補
安全・健康・環境規制及びその他の要件を遵守しながら、生産効率の管理・改善、スケジューリングプランの策定、実装等を行っていただきます。
・マネジメントポジションとしてすべての運営事項の目標を達成
・品質管理および品質保証の管理
・サプライヤーを評価するための基準やポリシーの策定
・生産効率の管理・改善
・営業チームとの連携
・安全、健康、環境規制及びその他要件の遵守
・日本含めた各国のスタッフとの日英間の通訳
※アジア各国への出張もございます。
≪応募資格≫
・必須条件：製造管理経験者
・尚可・優遇条件：フィルム、ラミネーション加工経験者
