Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of plating engineering section and process.
To manage plating production team and lead process team to design plating-related processes as well as drive process improvement and optimization initiatives.
To oversee management and routine maintenance of plating equipment.
To develop solutions of plating process in accordance with customers’ requirement as well as perform root cause analysis for issues identified during production.
To participate in customer audit, follow up audit findings and provide relevant corrective actions for plating-related components.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Experienced in Plating Engineering and Process Management in Manufacturing industry
Strong technical knowledge and able to provide technical solutions on plating process based on customers’ requirements.
