Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with telesales team to turn warm leads into customers.

  • Build and keep strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Understand customer needs and offer personalized deals.

  • Solve customer problems and give expert advice.

  • Handle the whole sales process from sign-up to closing the sale.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin due to the market support.

  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

  • Strong skills in negotiation and persuasion.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Hardworking and passionate about financial success.

  • Creative in finding new buyers beyond inbound calls.

  • Tech-savvy, actively using social media like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Able to handle inquiries about product availability, pricing, etc.

  • Committed to providing excellent follow-up and customer service.

  • Experience in car sales is a plus but not required.
