Job Description

Company and Job Overview
A world-class CNC manufacturing facility that serves both international and domestic markets is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to oversee the development, implementation, and management of their programs. The Program Director will be responsible for setting strategic goals, managing resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include supervising program and project managers, developing and approving budgets, and maintaining compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and productivity within the organization.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Set strategic goals, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution while supervising program and project managers.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, handle escalations, and manage inquiries promptly.
  • Plan and oversee new and ongoing programs, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Drive production departments to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, and adherence to the production schedule.
  • Maintain compliance with legal guidelines, produce weekly status reports, and inform senior management.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with 7-10 years of program management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programs, leading cross-functional teams, and motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, operations, and developing manufacturing procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring operations comply with legal guidelines.
