Job Description
- This will be for 6 months contract/project
- Develop strategic concepts, conduct analysis, and prepare decision making documents
- Coordinate an international and cross-functional program with focus on project management excellence
- Continuously improve the program by challenging existing processes, structures and working packages
- Administration and continuous improvement of PMO Tool
- Drive the implementation of a global project portfolio management with performance KPI dashboards to monitor progress
- Drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures to ensure business effectively deliver their objectives
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, economics or (industrial) engineering
- At least 5+ years of work experience, ideally in the field of project management or consulting
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to present confidently
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and distinctive social competence at all hierarchical levels
- Positive, self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented team player
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- International work experience will be advantage
