Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
You will play a crucial role as a Pre-Sales Engineer, providing technical support, designing product solutions, and interacting with clients
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for various company products, specializing in WAN & LAN networking and CCTV solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop competitive technical solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals and presentations for clients, including heatmaps and bills of materials
- Understand and identify client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and proof of concepts (POCs)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor degree in IT or any related field
- Proficiency in WAN & LAN networking products
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
