A global construction and engineering firm present in 60 locations worldwide providing innovative solutions and services with expertise in Construction Design, Engineering and Project Management are looking for experienced BIM Manager (DATA CENTER) to join their project team based in Nilai, Negri Sembilan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for BIM implementation plan in accordance with EIR. 

• Coordinate with Project Manager for BIM implementation based on project needs and requirements.

• Coordinate technical issues and drawings for ECI process.

• Ensure timely and high-quality preparation of BIM model-related drawings and documents

• Develop, implement, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan.

• Ensure excellent communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory agencies.

• Continuously reviewing BIM project models, procedures, and methodologies to ensure timely outputs.

• Organize BIM environment and libraries.

• Establish and enforce BIM Standards for production, soft-filing, and hard-filing per Project EIR.

• Give the company direction and leadership in the area of BIM.

• To comprehend ECI process and BIM team activities.

• To facilitate the collection of an adequate quantity of design information and drawings for the production of shop drawings. 

• Predict future process, request designer information, and meet master schedule.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as a BIM Manager

• Diploma or Degree in architecture or engineering (CSA, MEP) 

• Skilled at AutoCAD and BIM modelling

• Familiar with the latest versions of tools like AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, REVIT, and others.

• Project experience in Industrial building or Data Center would be advantageous

• Able to be based at the site office in Nilai
