Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with shareholders and project member for project management matters
Execution of expansion project Contractor selection
Leads research & development to recognize opportunities for business change
Overseeing Finance & Accounting Department and report to top management
Responsible for project finance lenders management (monthly report, technical meeting with lender’s counsel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Professional Accounting Qualifications CPA. ACCA. MIA or Accounting related
Minimum 15-20 years of working experience in manufacturing company
Exposure to handle full company operations and accounting and finance functions
Willing to work in Sarawak
