■職務内容
マレーシア現地でのJV（ジョイントベンチャー）事業において、日本側、JVパートナーと連携しながら、コンビニ向け商品の工場運営管理、スタッフ管理、財務管理などを行なって頂きます。
日々の業務の監督や、工場の目標が効率的かつ安全に達成されることを保証する役割です。
この役割は、スタッフの管理、プロセスの最適化、品質基準の維持を通じて、工場の生産性とパフォーマンスを向上させ、工場の収益を確保する事を目的としています。
■必須要件
・工場運営に関する何かしらのご経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（日本人がいない環境です）
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
