Job Description
Working location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
- Responsible in meeting production schedule and quality standard
- Plan and manages schedule set by production, project and sales.
- Responsible for manpower preparation by providing sufficient training
- Supervise daily operation and able to provide solution and make decisions
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Reviewing and monitoring production performance
- To plan all production order into master delivery schedule.
- Daily review of Production Records submitted by each department.
- Monitor and verify Production schedule
- Assign and supervise task of production team
- To plan and handle production order and delivery schedule
- Ensure all production equipment can functioning well
- Assign and supervise task of production team
- Responsible in meeting production schedule and quality standard
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any engineering field related
- 3-4 years of working experience in manufacturing or production process with management experience
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication skills and leadership skills
