JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee design functions for all architectural works.
- Review design input, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, validate output, and manage adjustments and alterations.
- Planned and prepared project design program, including master timetable.
- Assist in preparing Authority Submission Schedule and CF Inspection Schedule for each project.
- Review, verify, and validate design output as per protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 15 to 20 years of experience in a architectural construction projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and UBBL compliance requirements
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
