Our client is an award winning, rapidly expanding, licensed Multi-Asset CFD Broker is seeking a driven and dynamic Product Development Manager to establish and lead a global product development team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead global teams in developing new products.

• Oversee the complete delivery cycle of product features, including customer and internal roll-out.

• Manage the social trading platform.

• Analyze data to evaluate product performance and suggest improvements.

• Gather user feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.

• Review market research and sales data to ensure product viability and competitiveness.

• Monitor user behavior and trends, and respond accordingly.

• Ensure the development process adheres to schedules and timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Development role.

• Experience in the CFDs industry is essential.

• Familiarity with Brokeree products and FXBO CRM is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

• Proactive, self-driven, and excellent at time management, organization, and planning.
