【仕事内容】
ゲームアプリのカスタマーサポート、中古車ECのカスタマーサポート、データ集計などBPO事業の管理全般
・クライアント(主に日系企業)の対応
・スタッフへの指示・マネジメント(10~30名程度)
・チームリーダーやマネージャーと連携しながら、品質・生産性向上の戦略を練る
・問題があった時の対応業務等
【待遇】
月額 90,000ペソ~120,000ペソ(額面)※月額234,000~312,000円(額面)(1ペソ=2.6円換算)
