The Marketing Operation & Omni-Channel Manager leads marketing campaign operations and drives omnichannel strategies, including owned and paid media, to align with global and local brand goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing digital platforms, and ensuring successful campaign execution through innovative strategies and efficient project management.

Description

  • Manage marketing campaign operations and drive omnichannel strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with JAPAC/Global teams to implement global campaign frameworks locally.
  • Provide strategic advice on using marketing technology platforms for campaign planning.
  • Coordinate with brand teams, agencies, and service centers for digital campaign execution.
  • Develop and align media strategies with global and local brand goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders for training and strategic discussions.
  • Manage external vendors and global support teams to deliver projects and services.
  • Oversee budgeting, OPEX forecasting, and ensure campaign performance measurement.
