Description

  • Business Partnering: Promote alignment between P&C and business units, supporting succession planning.
  • Payroll & Benefits Management: Oversee payroll, benefits programs, and ensure compliance with financial reporting.
  • P&C Operations: Manage employee lifecycle events, update HR policies, and lead training initiatives.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure labor law compliance, conduct audits, and report on workforce metrics.
  • Advisory Support: Provide guidance to managers and employees on labor laws and P&C policies.
