Description
- インフラ構築・導入プロジェクトのリードと推進
- マスタースケジュール、WBS策定、タスク進捗管理
- 要件定義から合意形成までの調整業務
- Web会議のファシリテーション、議事録・報告資料作成
- プロジェクト予算・実績の管理および調整
- ステークホルダー（社内外）との調整・コミュニケーション
- アメリカチームとの技術的なコミュニケーション（英語必須）

- 複数プロジェクトを同時に進行・管理した経験
- インフラプロジェクト管理経験（サーバリプレイス、クラウド移行、OS・DBのバージョンアップなど）
- 保険・金融業界のプロジェクトプロセスに関する知識（または習得意欲のある方）
