Job Title: Packaging Engineer - Transpak Japan
Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Packaging Engineer to design, test, and optimize innovative
packaging solutions. You will collaborate with global teams and clients, manage projects from
concept to production and ensure high-quality results that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Work internally with global design team and client to execute concept design, spec development, 2D and 3D, testing and validating, to volume production.
2. Search and study of new technology and material
3. Wood crate/ transport base/ assembly fixture design.
4. Travel to customer site for tool measurement.
5. Sourcing of materials in Japan and overseas.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, packaging engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience in plastic design/ sheet metal design/ aluminum extrusion structure design / Carton box design.
3. Familiar with FEA(Finite Element Analysis) analysis is a plus.
4. 1+ years’ experience in mechanical design with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Siemens NX for solid model and drawing creation.
5. Good command of both Japanese and English.
