Job Function/Position:
Regional Facilities Management Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the general management of multiple facilities across Hokkaido and Okinawa. The role involves ensuring that facilities meet required standards, ensuring compliance with national safety and health regulations, and leading projects focused on CO2 reduction and energy efficiency optimization.

Job Description:

• Facility Management

  • Collaborate with the facilities department at each location to ensure effective operations.
  • Oversee compliance with maintenance and safety standards, providing guidance on the management and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including water, electricity, fire safety systems, HVAC, etc.
  • Manage facility-related costs, including CAPEX/OPEX, and oversee budget management.
  • Monitor and analyze energy consumption, proposing improvements where necessary.

• Project Planning & Implementation

  • Plan and implement projects related to CO2 reduction, energy optimization, and facility rehabilitation.

• Quality & Safety Management

  • Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to train staff on safety protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to local government regulations and fire safety standards.

Eligibility:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally within large-scale operations.
• English communication skills.
