Introduction of Quality Management

仕事内容 / Job Description
Execution of all QM SPL （sub project leader Quality Management） tasks in new product projects （creation of QM spec book tracking and reporting of QM and QE activities to project management） according to the CVDS.

■ Your mission
Ensuring SOP and smooth market launching of the new product together with all stakeholders in the project

■ Your responsibilities
creation of QM Spec Book and timeline for all quality management activities in new product projects
planning coordination execution and reporting of QM activities within the project according to the project timeline
→ planning of product audits （at C sample D sample Tryouts）
→ tracking and reporting of Zeus items （problem solving process for the findings in the product audits）
→ Warranty Policy estimation
→ planning and execution of QG Q Checks at QG9 QG7 QG4 and QG2
→ planning and execution of Q Release
→ participating CTMs （core team meeting） of project regularly
→ Reporting QM related activities to project leader and to the management （steering committee QM Management）

Additional tasks:
contribution to the process improvement activities within team （TOS standardizations IATF readiness etc.）
support internal process audits （execution of audits as co and lead auditor）

Education: University degree preferably in engineering science （e.g. mechanical/automotive/mechatronic）
Project management know how
IATF 16949 knowledge
Analytical thinking problem solving competence
Intercultural competence
High communication skills （conflict management persuasive ability）
Ability to cooperate and integrate
Ability of working under pressure.
