Job Description

6-12 months contract position

Responsibilities :

・Develop and execute employee relations and culture

・Collaborate with leadership to support HR related matters with administrative tasks

・Liaise with other departments to resolve their requests

・Manage HR data information

・Report to Global HR team  

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Business Level
Minimum Japanese Level Business Level
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

Requirements:

・3 yrs experience in Human Resources department

・Excellent written and oral communication skills

・Ability to interact effectively with internal/external stakeholders 

・Interest in the renewables sector 

・Business level of Japanese skills and English skills
