- 社内外からの問い合わせ対応（ITシステムやツールに関するサポート）
- インシデント管理とエスカレーション対応
- 外部ベンダーや他部署との調整
- 問題の根本原因分析と再発防止策の提案
- システムやツールの利用マニュアルの作成・更新
- グローバルチームとのコミュニケーション（英語）
