COMPANY OVERVIEW
A long-established Japanese manufacturer that has been in business for 75 years. Our main business is the manufacture of chemical products, lubricants, engine oils, etc. In particular, many of our products are for the automotive industry, and we offer automotive chemical products such as lubricants and cleaning agents. The company has a base in Germany and a global manufacturing and sales network. According to recent financial reports, total assets in 2023 were around €16.9 million, an increase of 3.5% compared to the previous year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an IT project manager to support the company's IT systems. You will be responsible for such as

• TISAX/ISO27001 compliance information system management

• Project management in collaboration with the global IT team (US). 

• There is no development work, and you will be responsible for the operation of the ERP system led by global IT, and as a PM, you will come up with ideas for improving productivity from the perspective of the site, identify issues in daily operations, and promote DX.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•COMPETENCY (“Must”)

- Experience in a wide range of IT-related projects such as business applications and infrastructure as an IT representative for automobile manufacturers and manufacturing manufacturers (approx. 3~5 years or more)

- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, smartphone devices, networks, printers, and servers

- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager

- Business level English proficiency

•COMPETENCY (“Nice to have”)

- IT experience in the automotive industry and other manufacturing industries

　Dynamic365, Microsoft Office, cloud technology (Azure,

AWS, GCP, etc.)

　- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365, any programming language, Power Platform, and Azure is welcome.

　- Knowledge of TISAX / ISO27001

　- Business level German proficiency
