COMPANY OVERVIEW
An established medium-sized company based in Jena with a history of over 30 years and part of a global group with production sites in Germany, Japan, and the USA is currently looking for a Machine Operator (m/f/d). This company supplies products for drive technology to various industries including machinery, semiconductor, optics, medical technology, aerospace, and many others.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programming, setting up, or operating various machines

• Manufacturing precision components made of metal using turning, milling, grinding, or hardening machines

• Inspecting the manufactured components for dimensional deviations and, if necessary, independently correcting them

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, ideally in the metalworking industry, or a strong interest in the described activities

• Proactive working style and a high level of quality awareness

• High level of commitment and team spirit

• Willingness to work in shifts (2 or 3 shifts)
