• Oversee the engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimizing production lines and equipment at our state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and quality, driving cost savings and increasing production capacity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with production operations
• Lead the development of technical specifications, designs, and documentation for new equipment and upgrades, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of equipment breakdowns and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Analyze production data to identify trends, optimize machine performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets for capital expenditures, maintenance, and engineering projects to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and equipment
