Our Client, Japanese Automotive manufacturing company is currently looking for a Sales Staff position with detail as per following: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably with a Japanese company.
• Proficiency in English or Japanese (both written and spoken). Proficiency in both languages is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
