The Role

• Join and lead a global team positioned to our client to the next stage of its organizational evolution and beyond. Develop the global compensation approach in line with global best practices and ensure that attraction and retention of key talent. A major aspect of this role is to find the right balance between global standard approaches, and local flexibility required in compensation to be competitive in a local context.

Your Skills

• Extensive compensation and benefits experience, this person should provide deep expertise and be recognized as an expert.
• Strong leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
• Proven ability to work across cultures.
• Experience managing global compensation and benefits programs.
