ツアーチームの一員として、当ポジションでは、予約に直接関与する現場スタッフやパートナーが、顧客満足度とツアーの生産性を向上させる為の運営を確実に実行する責任を負います。
運営面では、ガイドの割り当て、予約の再確認、運営上の問題への対応、そして運営方法のリスクや改善点についてマネジメントに継続的にフィードバックを提供します。
高い組織力を持ち、手順やスケジュールに従って働くことを得意とする方に最適なポジションです。
