募集概要
商品および契約コーディネーターは、Discovaシステム内の商品データベースおよびポートフォリオの管理において、商品および契約チームの事務作業をサポートします。また、顧客の旅行者向けに独自の体験をデザインし、正確で競争力のある商品コストおよび料金表を提供する役割を担います。
主な職務内容
- システム内の商品監査をサポートし、コンテンツ、説明、画像を確保して、すべてのチャネルでの商品表示と販売を支援する。
- 地域商品マスターファイルおよびDiscova商品ライブラリの更新および維持を支援する。
- 商品開発の過程で、商品リサーチおよび仕入先調達に関して商品デザインをサポートする。
- 商品のベンチマーキングおよびさまざまな配信チャネルとの連携をサポートする。
- TP商品および料金の更新をシステム内でコンテンツチームと連携し、市場投入のスピードを重視する。
- システム内の商品サービスラインが、実際の商品サービス内容と一致していることを監査および確認する。
- 商品デザインのエージェントへの提案や再価格設定時の料金表作成および統合を支援する。
- 契約チームからの料金／取引を収集し、パッケージおよびコスト作成を支援する。
- リーダーの指示のもと、商業チームと連携して商品のパフォーマンスおよび収益性を確認する。
