Job Description
募集概要
商品/契約コーディネーターは、Discovaシステム内の商品データベースおよびポートフォリオの管理において、商品および契約チームの事務作業をサポートします。また、顧客の旅行者向けに独自の体験をデザインし、正確で競争力のある商品コストおよび料金表を提供する役割を担います。
主な職務内容
- システム内の商品監査をサポートし、コンテンツ、説明、画像を確保して、すべてのチャネルでの商品表示と販売を支援。
- 日本地域における商品のマスターファイルおよびDiscovaのツアー商品の更新および維持を支援。
- 商品開発の過程で、商品リサーチおよび仕入先調達に関して商品デザインをサポート。
- 商品のベンチマーキングおよびさまざまな配信チャネルとの連携をサポート。
- 商品および料金の更新をシステム内でコンテンツチームと連携し、市場投入のスピードを重視。
- システム内の商品サービスラインが、実際の商品サービス内容と一致していることを確認する監査業務。
- ツアー商品デザインのエージェントへの提案や再価格設定時の料金表作成。
- 契約チームからの料金・取引を収集し、パッケージおよびコスト作成を支援。
- リーダーの指示のもと、商業チームと連携して商品のパフォーマンスおよび収益性を確認。

Required Skills
必須要件
