日本オフィスの人事アドバイザーとして活動し、事業リーダーに人事の専門知識と指導を提供します。
人事ジェネラリストは、各オフィスのジェネラルマネージャーと緊密に連携し、適切な人材の獲得を目指す戦略や施策の実行、健全かつ安全な職場環境の促進や規律の確立、業務管理の維持、さらには給与計算のベンダーや財務チームなどの社内外のステークホルダーと協働していただきます。
