人事ジェネラリストは、現地のゼネラルマネージャーと緊密に連携し、以下の分野における戦略と施策の実施において重要な役割を果たします: 適切な人材の採用、安全で健康的な職場環境の促進、業務管理の維持、給与計算ベンダーおよび財務チームとの協力。
