A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Senior Treasury Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the treasury function, managing daily financial obligations and FX management. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare funding requests to maintain optimal working capital
• Manage cash flow distribution to investors and oversee bank account operations
• Ensure weekly payment operations meet financial obligations
• Collaborate on cash flow budgets and liquidity management of project entities
• Identify and escalate foreign exchange exposures for hedging
• Support project finance origination and debt covenant reporting
• Supervise cash transfers and maintain early warning systems for DSCR levels
• Liaise with lenders for treasury-related matters
• Provide solutions to cross-functional teams and upskill the treasury team
• Enforce treasury policies, foster collaboration, and automate manual processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in commerce or related discipline
• More than 10 years of experience in finance related fields
• More than 3 years in treasury and AP experience in a multi-national corporation
• Practical experience in debt management, particularly project finance
• Understanding of financial markets and treasury-related products
• Strong accounting knowledge (JGAAP and IFRS) is a plus
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid CFA qualifications is ideal
• Fluent level English and Japanese
